By transacting on Zickie.ng you agree that the displayed prices are only estimates, and that the actual price you will get in buying or selling will be the effective Cryptocurrency market price plus any commissions at the time of completion of the transaction. Listed prices are subject to change without any notice. We shall not be liable for any changes to price.

Minimum and maximum purchase and/or sale order amounts are subject to change without notice, we reserve the right to deny any transaction on the basis of it not satisfying these thresholds.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct wallet address or account details has been used, failure to do so is wholly to the loss of the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any loss to the customer resulting from this, or any loss to any third party as a consequence of the inaccuracy.

Cryptocurrency is a not backed or value guaranteed by any financial institution; when purchasing Cryptocurrency, the customer assumes all-risk, the Cryptocurrency may become worthless in value. Customers should research and consider the risks before purchasing any Cryptocurrency. Zickie.ng makes absolutely no guarantee about the future value of the Cryptocurrency purchased.

If the Zickie.ng receives payment for an order that has already expired, the company reserves the right to recalculate the Cryptocurrency to Naira exchange rate at the time of processing the transfer to the customer. This may result in the customer receiving less Cryptocurrency or Naira than the original ordered amount. Zickie.ng requests that no customer completes payments for expired orders, but instead place a new order at the time of their payment.

The Customer is solely responsible for any and all other taxes, which the Customer is under a legal obligation to pay.

Methods of payment accepted by Zickie.ng are those that are domestic only in the form of bank transfers or any other transfer-like methods. It is expressly prohibited for the customer to use their account for the purpose for cleaning money, hiding money, in any way attempting to obscure the source of funds, or attempting to circumvent financial regulations or restrictions. The company will actively analyze customer account activity for any signs of money laundering; any customer whom, in the opinion of the company, has the appearance of involvement in money laundering activities will have their account terminated.
